I was a bit apprehensive about these blocks for Bee Blessed (a charity bee run by the really lovely Judith at ragstobags). No real reason why, but it put me off getting started with them till now.
Three done and three to go! I find that I quite like this Disappearing 9 patch block! It has a great graphic effect when they are all together. And you can see the lovely effect better on the Bee Blessed Flickr group.
Before I do I must also make a start on December's block - a block of my choosing for a sampler quilt!
Then I can post them all off to the very patient Judith and her valliant team who do the real work of matching blocks from different people and making them into quilts! Well done girls and keep up the good work!
Next week I think I will show you some of the things I have made in the past for Christmas - it is where my patchwork, applique and quilting story started...

Here is the growing pile of blocks to be sent off!
